Application

The Galloni G3 Ultimate is the most advanced induction-heated vacuum "over-pressure" casting machine designed for high-volume jewelry production and industrial casting. Unlike conventional machines with separate chambers, the G3 Ultimate utilizes a common chamber design where the crucible and flask are almost in direct contact. This proximity eliminates splashing and gas absorption, making it the premier choice for large-scale production of complex 3D-printed resin models and heavy precious metal castings.

Advantages

Equipped with a powerful 10kW low-frequency generator, the machine ensures rapid melting and active electromagnetic stirring of the melt. This results in perfect alloy homogeneity before the automated pouring sequence. While competitors' systems struggle with pressure drag due to divided chambers, the G3 Ultimate applies a full 3-bar inert gas over-pressure directly onto the molten metal.
