Bluecast X-one V2 500g
BlueCast X-One sets a professional standard in castable resins for jewelry. With zero shrinkage, clean burnout, and outstanding detail resolution, it enables reliable production of even the most complex designs.
A single resin solution for everything from simple models to high-end jewelry pieces.
BlueCast X-One is a high-end next-generation castable resin designed for precision 3D printing in jewelry manufacturing. Optimized for modern LCD and DLP 3D printers (385–405 nm), it delivers exceptional detail and flawless casting results.
Thanks to its advanced formulation with a high content of wax-like components, the material behaves similarly to traditional casting wax during burnout – it melts first and then burns out completely without leaving residues. This ensures clean molds, sharp details, and minimal casting defects.
Key Features
- 0% shrinkage – maximum dimensional accuracy
- Extreme detail reproduction – ideal for micro pavé, filigree, and engraving
- Clean ash-free burnout – no residue in investment molds
- Low burnout temperature (~650–700 °C)
- Compatible with fast burnout cycles
- No UV post-curing required – faster workflow
- Low viscosity – easy cleaning and handling
- Low emissions – safer working environment
Technology & Advantages
BlueCast X-One combines the benefits of traditional wax and modern resin technology. During the burnout process:
- The material melts like wax
- Then burns out completely without residue
This eliminates common issues found in standard resins, such as mold cracking or contamination.
The resin is optimized for high-resolution printing (8K–12K), ensuring sharp edges and precise reproduction of microscopic details without bleeding effects.
Applications
- Engagement and wedding rings
- Micro pavé jewelry
- Filigree designs
- Engraved models and fine text
- Coins, medals, and technical castings
- Dental applications
