G-THERM burnout furnaces are an essential component of the lost-wax casting process. Thanks to advanced oxygen ventilation control, these furnaces are invaluable for processing 3D-printed resins, ensuring a carbon-free burnout without damaging the internal mold cavity.

Technological Recommendation

When burning out resin models, we highly recommend utilizing the forced ventilation feature to provide the necessary oxygen for complete polymer oxidation. This prevents soot formation and porosity in the final castings. Precise 10-step cycle programming allows for controlled temperature ramps, eliminating thermal shocks that could otherwise crack the investment molds.
