Advantages

The system utilizes high-pressure water jet technology (adjustable from 60 to 95 bar). The first stage unbeds the tree from the flask using a circular section jet, while the second stage employs three movable jet nozzles to thoroughly clean the casting tree. A significant advantage is the preservation of delicate details; through adjustable jet intensity, there is no deformation of the castings or flasks. Furthermore, the process is safe for cast-in-place stones, ensuring stones remain undamaged and perfectly clean.
