BlueCast X-Nova is a professional-grade resin engineered for demanding jewelry manufacturing. It is ideal for direct casting models, ranging from heavy organic rings to medium-fine filigree. The formula is fully optimized for the latest generation of monochromatic LCD printers, achieving high print speeds while maintaining critical detail integrity.

X-Nova requires no post-curing, eliminating the risk of additional shrinkage or deformation before investing. Its low viscosity facilitates easy layer separation and reduces mechanical stress on the FEP film. During thermal decomposition, it leaves zero residue, guaranteeing porous-free metal surfaces.

Workshop Suitability

X-Nova is a reliable solution for workshops seeking a balance between production speed and surface quality. It is less sensitive to ambient temperature fluctuations compared to standard castable materials. It is compatible with a wide range of gypsum-based investment powders for precious metals.

Technological Recommendation

• Cleaning: Wash in 99% Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) or Ethanol for a maximum of 2 minutes.

• Drying: Use compressed air immediately after washing to remove alcohol residue from recesses.

• Curing: Post-curing is not required (models are ready for investment immediately after drying).

• Burnout: Compatible with both fast burnout and standard cycles.

Maintenance / Service

Store in the original container at 15–25 °C. Shake the bottle thoroughly before each use. If the resin remains in the tank for more than 48 hours, filtering and returning it to the bottle is recommended to prevent pigment sedimentation.
