Applications

BlueCast X-One V2 is engineered for Direct Investment Casting in the jewelry and dental industries. It is fully compatible with all monochromatic LCD and DLP printers. The material allows for the production of complex geometries, fine filigrees, and heavy organic models with guaranteed dimensional stability.

Advantages

The primary benefit of the V2 version is the complete elimination of the post-curing stage, which significantly accelerates production and reduces the risk of part deformation. The resin exhibits excellent plate adhesion and low viscosity, extending FEP film life and simplifying the cleaning process. During burnout, it leaves zero ash residue, preventing surface defects on the final castings.

Workshop Suitability

This product is ideal for high-output workshops requiring a fast "print-to-cast" cycle. Due to its unique structural stability, it allows for the printing of ultra-thin walls as well as bulky signet rings without the risk of investment cracking caused by resin expansion. It is fully compatible with standard gypsum-based investment powders.

Technological Recommendation

• Cleaning: Wash in 90% – 99% Ethanol or Isopropyl Alcohol for a maximum of 2 minutes.

• Drying: Use compressed air immediately after washing to dry the model.

• Curing: Post-curing is not required (direct transition to investment possible).

• Burnout Cycle: Supports both fast burnout and standard casting cycles according to the investment manufacturer's guidelines.

Maintenance / Service

Store in the original container at temperatures between 15°C and 25°C, away from direct light. Shake the bottle thoroughly for at least 60 seconds before each use. Always wear protective gloves and ensure proper workspace ventilation.
