Applications

BlueCast X10 is specifically formulated for casting medium-sized to massive jewelry pieces, such as signet rings, bracelets, or ecclesiastical items. It is fully compatible with modern monochromatic LCD and DLP printers. Due to its stability and low shrinkage, it is also suitable for industrial applications in precision engineering and dental technology.

Advantages

The material stands out with excellent build plate adhesion and a high success rate even with demanding geometries. X10 minimizes the risk of "orange peel" on the casting surface. During the burnout process, perfect sublimation occurs without expansion, which prevents damage to the investment mold. The result is castings with smooth surfaces that require minimal post-processing and polishing.

Workshop Suitability

X10 is an ideal choice for jewelry workshops with higher production of heavier pieces. The resin is stable even during long-term use and retains its properties in the tank (VAT). it is fully compatible with standard gypsum-based investment powders, allowing for integration into existing workflows without the need to change burnout furnaces.

Technological Recommendation

• Cleaning: Wash in 99% Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) for a maximum of 2 minutes.

• Drying: Use compressed air immediately after washing to dry the model.

• Curing: Requires UV post-curing for 15–30 minutes to stabilize mechanical properties.

• Burnout: A gradual temperature increase is recommended for massive models to ensure smooth sublimation of the material.

Maintenance / Service

Store in the original sealed container at temperatures between 18 °C and 25 °C. Do not expose to direct UV light. Shake the bottle thoroughly for 60 seconds before pouring into the tank. Use certified protective equipment and ensure the cleanliness of the printer's optical components.
