Advantages

The primary advantage of this series is its exceptional surface smoothness, which minimizes the need for labor-intensive post-processing. Printed models require only simple polishing before the casting process. The series offers diverse mechanical properties to suit different needs: the orange Ceramic Resin (PY200-C) is the hardest variant (85 Shore D) with high flexural strength, while the Green (PY200-G) and White (PY200-W) resins provide significantly higher impact resistance and toughness for more fragile designs.

Workshop Suitability

This resin is fully optimized for LCD/DLP technology and the PL200 printer model. Due to its low viscosity (ranging down to 260 mPa.s for the white variant), workshop operations are highly efficient—the resin flows easily, is simple to clean, and leaves no residue in fine textures. Once cured, the models are rigid enough for stone-in-place setting and manual handling without risk of edge deformation.

Technological Recommendation

For models requiring extreme edge sharpness and maximum hardness, choose the PY200-C variant. If you are working with models that require higher impact strength or a degree of flexibility during handling, the Green or White variants are recommended. All three types exhibit low shrinkage, ensuring that the final casting corresponds exactly to the dimensional specifications of the digital model.

Maintenance / Service
