The Plempire YHK-603 (Build) and YHK-103 (Support) material system is specifically engineered for high-volume industrial 3D wax printers, primarily the PL3000 model. The Purple build wax provides the necessary durability and resolution for intricate models, while the White support wax enables the fabrication of complex, interlocking geometries without affecting the surface quality of the final part.

The 100% wax composition ensures a clean, residue-free burnout, making it compatible with all precious metal casting cycles. The high-contrast Purple pigment of the build material allows for easy quality control, while the lower melting point of the support wax simplifies the post-processing phase.

Technological Recommendation

The support wax melting point (55°C) is 13 degrees lower than the build material (68°C), allowing for selective melting in a thermostatic bath. To ensure consistent performance in a high-speed production environment like the PL3000, we recommend maintaining a stable liquid phase temperature of approximately 95°C within the printer's delivery system.

Maintenance / Service
