Applications

The Plempire YHK-610 (Build) and YHK-110 (Support) material system is a professional-grade solution developed specifically for the PL6100 industrial wax 3D printer. This combination is the gold standard for high-resolution jewelry production. The Red build wax is used to create the final, high-detail model, while the White support wax enables the printing of complex, hollow, and interlocking geometries that remain perfectly clean after the removal process.

The YHK-610 build material features a needle hardness of 7.2, ensuring that even the finest prongs and filigree work remain stable during handling. With a low linear contraction of only 0.52% and a minimal ash content of 0.019%, it guarantees dimensionally accurate castings free from surface inclusions. The YHK-110 support wax is contact-free and fully soluble, preserving the integrity of intricate details without the need for mechanical cleaning.

Workshop Suitability

Optimized for direct investment casting of all precious metals (gold, silver, platinum). The Red build material provides excellent visual contrast for pre-casting quality inspections. Due to the 100% wax composition, the burnout process is smooth and residue-free, significantly reducing the time required for final metal polishing and reducing metal loss.

Technological Recommendation

The melting point of the support wax is set at 55°C, which is 13°C lower than the build material (68°C). This allows for safe, selective support removal in a thermostatic bath without any risk of model deformation. For optimal surface quality in industrial workflows, we recommend maintaining the printer's liquid phase delivery system at 95°C.

Maintenance / Service
