Application

The Galloni electronic medium frequency induction furnace is an industrial-grade solution designed for rapid precious metal melting, recycling, and hand-pouring. With its high melting speed, it is ideal for refining laboratories, medium-to-large jewelry production facilities, and workshops processing precious metals in the form of grain, scrap, or industrial waste. The system is optimized for use with graphite crucibles, ensuring high melt purity and excellent thermal conductivity.

Maintenance / Service

The furnace requires a clean cooling water supply (ideally a closed-circuit chiller system) at a constant 4 bar pressure.
