Galloni G10 Induction Casting Machine 35kg Al

High-capacity 25kW industrial induction casting system for aluminum. Features patented inert gas mixing for gas-free, high-density results in aerospace quality.

Application

The Galloni G10 is a flagship electronic induction casting machine specifically engineered for high-precision industrial sectors such as aerospace and automotive manufacturing. It is optimized for the lost-wax casting of aluminum and its alloys, utilizing either traditional wax models or modern 3D-printed resin patterns. The G10 provides a cost-effective alternative to expensive die-casting molds for low-to-medium volume production of complex geometries with undercuts.

Advantages

The defining technological advantage of the G10 is its ability to eliminate hydrogen dissolution and heavy scum—the primary causes of defects in aluminum casting. The system features two hollow graphite propellers that descend into the molten bath, mixing the metal at a controllable speed while simultaneously injecting inert gas (nitrogen) at the bottom. This process forces impurities and hydrogen bubbles to the surface for elimination. When combined with vacuum casting and a 3-bar over-pressure sequence, it ensures a dense, compact molecular structure that is completely free of porosity, as verified by X-ray spectrometry.

Workshop Suitability

Designed for rigorous industrial operation, the G10 is a heavy-duty unit standing 1.9 meters tall and weighing 650 kg. It features a computerized management system with a proportional 25kW power control that adjusts frequency regardless of the metal volume. The user interface guides the operator through a "washing" sequence (alternating vacuum and inert gas blowing) to prepare the chamber, followed by an automated melting and pouring cycle for maximum productivity.

Technological Recommendation

For critical components, we recommend the full integration of the inert gas stirring sequence. By bubbling nitrogen through the dual-propeller system, the aggregated hydrogen is effectively removed before the pour. This is essential when working with 3D-printed resins, as it ensures the cleanest possible alloy is delivered into the intricate details of the mold, resulting in a smooth surface finish and superior mechanical properties.

Maintenance / Service

As an industrial-grade machine, the G10 requires connection to a cooling system and an external vacuum pump. The graphite propellers are sacrificial components and must be inspected periodically to maintain de-gassing efficiency. 3DFantom provides professional on-site installation, technical training for aerospace-standard quality control, and a steady supply of high-capacity 13,000 cc crucibles.
