The "Dual Pyrometer" version offers unmatched thermal control through two distinct sensing technologies:

  • Optical Infrared Pyrometer: For temperatures up to 2100°C, specifically calibrated for the extreme requirements of Platinum and Steel.

  • Immersion "K" Thermocouple: For temperatures up to 1150°C, providing absolute accuracy for Gold, Silver, Brass, and Bronze. Combined with an automated vacuum and a 7-bar over-pressure sequence, the Pressovac Dual ensures that even the most delicate filigree patterns are filled with maximum density and zero porosity.

Workshop Suitability

Designed as the heart of a "ministructure," the Pressovac Dual requires only a small bench-top area. It operates on a standard single-phase 230V supply, making it accessible for small workshops without industrial electrical upgrades. When paired with a burnout furnace and an investment mixer, it creates a professional-grade casting line in a compact footprint, allowing creators to maintain full control over their production cycle.

Technological Recommendation

To achieve the best results with complex 3D-printed patterns, we recommend using Argon or Nitrogen as the cover gas. The machine's ability to switch between vacuum and high-pressure (up to 7 bar) allows for a mechanical "push" of the molten metal into the finest cavities of the investment mold, which is critical for intricate organic designs and thin-walled objects.

Built with industrial reliability in a 90kg frame, the Pressovac Dual is easy to maintain. It requires a stable 3 l/minute water cooling circuit and an 8 m³/h external vacuum pump.
