Application

The Galloni Pressovac Max is a heavy-duty, free-standing induction vacuum casting machine designed for professional jewelry manufacturers and industrial laboratories requiring higher output. As the enhanced version of the standard Pressovac, the "MAX" offers a significantly larger casting capacity, accommodating flasks up to ø 100 mm x 150 mm. It is engineered to process a wide range of metals, including precious alloys, silver, brass, and high-melting-point materials like platinum and steel.

Advantages

The machine's precision is driven by an advanced triple-sensor temperature monitoring system:

• Optical Infrared Pyrometer: For temperatures up to 2100°C, ideal for platinum and steel.

• Immersion "K" Thermocouple: For precious metals up to 1150°C.

• Optional "S" Thermocouple: Specialized for gold-palladium alloys up to 1450°C. The integrated touch-screen interface allows for granular control over the entire cycle, ensuring that the transition from vacuum to 7-bar over-pressure is perfectly timed for maximum casting density.

Workshop Suitability

Unlike bench-top models, the Pressovac Max is a robust, free-standing unit weighing 160 kg, providing the stability needed for continuous industrial use. With a powerful 7kW three-phase generator, it delivers rapid melting cycles, making it highly productive for casting large trees or complex 3D-printed resin components. It is fully compatible with standard flask sizes from 70 mm to 100 mm.

Technological Recommendation

To ensure the absolute integrity of intricate resin patterns or high-detail jewelry, we recommend utilizing the 7-bar over-pressure feature with inert gases like Argon or Nitrogen. This high-pressure "push" immediately following the pour forces the molten metal into the finest mold cavities, eliminating common issues like incomplete fills or surface porosity often found in gravity-based systems.

Maintenance / Service

The Pressovac Max requires an external vacuum pump (8 m³/h) and a closed-circuit water cooling system (3 l/min).
