Galloni Multiple Ject Continuous Casting Machine
High-productivity industrial casting line for continuous flask filling. Features 20kW induction power, 3500cc crucible, and vacuum degassing for up to 25kg of silver.
Application
The Galloni Multiple Ject is a heavy-duty industrial casting system engineered for high-volume production environments where a single metal type must be cast into multiple flasks in a continuous, rapid sequence. With a massive 3500cc graphite crucible, this machine is capable of processing up to 25kg of silver or 20kg of brass per melting cycle. It is the definitive solution for large-scale jewelry manufacturing, decorative arts, and industrial component production requiring maximum throughput.
Advantages
The core advantage of the Multiple Ject lies in its integrated rail system, which allows the flask chamber to move back and forth quickly, alternating flasks under the crucible with minimal downtime. The melting process is driven by 20kW electronic induction, providing precise temperature control via a thermocouple positioned at the center of the melt. To ensure defect-free results, the machine creates a vacuum in the flask chamber just before pouring to eliminate trapped gases, while the molten metal remains protected by an inert gas flow.
Workshop Suitability
Standing as a robust 580kg production station, the Multiple Ject is built for 24/7 industrial reliability. It accommodates a wide range of flask sizes, from 120mm to 400mm in diameter, offering extreme flexibility for various production trees. The operator manages the pouring sequence via a manual stopper-rod pushbutton and a dedicated observation porthole, ensuring total control over the filling of each individual flask.
Technological Recommendation
To maintain metallurgical integrity during extended casting sessions, we recommend a continuous flow of inert gas over the crucible to prevent oxidation. For high-density results, the operator should calibrate the vacuum dwell time based on the porosity of the investment material and the complexity of the models. This machine is particularly efficient when paired with a high-capacity burnout furnace line to keep up with the G-Series output speed.
Maintenance / Service
Due to its high power and mechanical movement, the Multiple Ject requires a stable water-cooling circuit (8 l/min) and regular cleaning of the rail guides. The graphite stopper and crucible nozzle are critical wear parts that should be inspected daily for precision pouring. 3DFantom provides full industrial installation, operator training, and a reliable supply of high-capacity graphite consumables.
