Application

The Galloni Pressovac Max XL is the ultimate high-capacity powerhouse of the Pressovac series, specifically designed for industrial-scale jewelry production and large-scale prototyping. It is engineered to accommodate massive flask sizes up to 150 mm in diameter and 250 mm in height, allowing for high-volume casting trees. This machine is a versatile solution for processing a full range of metals, including precious alloys, silver, brass, and high-melting-point materials like Platinum and Steel.

As a 330kg industrial unit, the Max XL is built for continuous, heavy-duty operation. Its 10kW three-phase generator provides the necessary power to melt large volumes of metal quickly, significantly increasing daily productivity. It is the ideal choice for casting centers and large factories that need to transition from massive 3D-printed resin trees to final metal parts with consistent, repeatable quality.

Technological Recommendation

Given the substantial volume of the flasks (up to 250 mm height), we recommend utilizing the full capacity of the required 60 m³/h vacuum pump. This ensures that the investment mold is completely degassed before the molten metal is forced in under 7-bar pressure. For intricate resin-based designs, this high-vacuum/high-pressure combination is critical to prevent surface defects and ensure complete fill in every detail of the tree.

Maintenance / Service

The Pressovac Max XL is a high-performance machine requiring a stable 3 l/minute water-cooling circuit.
